Of the Finnish content providers, TeliaSonera rewarded the Finnish Meteorological Institute with a Lifetime Achievement Award in TeliaSonera's award ceremony at the SurfPort Awards mobile gala in Copenhagen on October 28 2005.. The award was granted for the Institute's pioneering and development work related to mobile services and for the popularity of its services.
